All sales are final. Car licences, workshop plans (monthly and yearly), programming passes and every other purchase are non-refundable, whether or not they have been used. This includes unused cars, unused time and the rest of a subscription period after you cancel.
Reading and clearing fault memory is free on every supported control unit, with no card required. Use the free functions first to confirm that STEUER14 connects to your vehicle and reads it correctly, then buy what you need.
You can cancel the workshop plan at any time in the web panel (Billing → Manage subscription). The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. The running period is not refunded.
We correct payments taken in error — for example if you were charged twice for the same purchase — and we refund where mandatory law that applies to you requires it. Write to [email protected] from your account email with the purchase reference shown in the web panel.
